Earlier in his career, Doug was ranked #1 technical specialist by Google across APAC, a distinction earned through deep mastery of search systems, large-scale platforms, and applied technical problem-solving at the highest level. He later founded Digital Dominator, where he led complex technical builds and performance systems for demanding commercial environments before joining OG01 to help architect something fundamentally new.

At OG01, Doug oversees:

Originally joining OG01 on a contract basis, Olivia quickly demonstrated rare impact — facilitating strategic introductions and partnerships with large insurers, high-value mobile asset operators, and organisations within the aviation sector. Her ability to operate credibly in regulated, high-stakes environments led to her recent transition into a permanent leadership role within the OG01 team.
